2. Legal basis for processing personal data

1. The legal basis for processing your personal data is the consent you hereby give to the Controller under Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (the “Regulation”).

3. Purpose of processing personal data

1. Your personal data is processed for the purpose of sending commercial communications and carrying out other marketing activities directed at you by the Controller.
2. The Controller does not carry out automated individual decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 of the Regulation.

4. Retention period

1. Your personal data will be retained by the Controller for four (4) years from the date you give consent to processing for this purpose, but no longer than until you withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data for this purpose.

5. Other recipients of personal data

1. Other recipients of your personal data will be persons providing marketing services to the Controller in accordance with the Controller’s instructions (personal data processors).
2. We use the following providers to process your personal data:

a/​ Email marketing services provided by MailerLite Limited. This company is based in Ireland at Ground Floor, 71 Lower Baggot Street, Dublin 2, D02 P593, and forms part of the MailerLite, Inc. group, based in the United States at 548 Market St, PMB 98174, San Francisco, CA 94104–5401. Your personal data (first name and surname, email address, IP address, information about products you have ordered, etc.) may be transferred to this company. Protection of your personal data is ensured by standard contractual clauses in accordance with a European Commission decision and additional safeguards consisting of your personal data being stored only within the European Union and its security being guaranteed by the internationally recognised ISO 27001 standard. 6. Rights of the data subject

1. Subject to the conditions set out in the Regulation, you have the right to request access to your personal data from the Controller, to have your personal data rectified or erased or its processing restricted, to object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability.
2. You may withdraw your consent to the Controller’s processing of your personal data at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. You may withdraw consent by clicking the hyperlink in each commercial communication sent by the Controller or by emailing the Controller at podpora@biddingfox.com.
3. If you believe that the processing of your personal data has infringed or is infringing the Regulation, you have, among other rights, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
4. You are not obliged to provide personal data. Providing your personal data is neither a statutory nor a contractual requirement, nor a requirement necessary to enter into a contract.
5. You may object at any time to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling insofar as it relates to such direct marketing. If you object to processing for direct marketing purposes, your personal data will no longer be processed for those purposes.
